At JST we have Social Expections and Etiquette to maintain a safe and welcoming space.

Inclusion
Everyone is welcome.
Safety
Dance within your space and be aware of others around you.
Respect
Listen to others' wishes - an ask to dance and leads on the social floor are invitations, not demands. We can accept no's.
Security
We don’t condone inappropriate behaviour, e.g. verbal or sexual harassment.
Social Etiquette
Hygiene
Maintain good hygiene. Mints and deodorant are our best friends!
Fun
Avoid teaching on the social dance floor - we can keep that in the classroom.
Community
Look out for one another - leads and follows can both do this for each other on and off the social floor.
